David Sutton

David Carroll Sutton, age 54, went to be with Jesus on Sunday, September 26th 2021 at the Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown. He was born May 31st 1967 in Breckinridge County, Kentucky, the son of Howard Leslie & Shirley Jean Horsley Sutton. David was a kind, honest, hardworking man who loved his family and loved spending time with his grandson, Lucas, watching UK Basketball, & fishing. He was a God called preacher and loved the Lord and was a member of the Calvert Community Church. He is survived by his wife, Libby Jo Montgomery Sutton; two children, Rachel & Colton Sutton; his grandson, Lucas Sutton; his mother, Shirley Sutton; two sisters, Connie Dennis (Junior) & Debbie Roof; his nephew, Mason Dennis; and a host of other family members. He was preceded in death by his father, Howard Sutton and his sister, Vicky Sutton. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 2nd 2021 at the Calvert Community Church in Breckinridge County. He will be laid to rest at the Horsley Cemetery in Hudson. Visitation will be held from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Friday and from 9:00 a.m. until service time on Saturday at the church.
