Deborah J. “Debbie” (Williams) Aebersold, age 61 of Mt. Washington, formerly of Leitchfield, passed away Friday, December 8, 2023 at Norton Audobon Hospital in Louisville. She was born on June 21, 1962 in Louisville, the daughter of the late Loran Lee Williams, Sr. and Barbara Jean Miller Meredith.

Debbie lived a life of servitude. She was kind and giving and worked as a Registered Nurse at Signature Healthcare. She loved her family, especially her granddaughter, Lily. In her pastime, she loved watching University of Kentucky Basketball and she loved her cat, Easter.

Left to honor Debbie’s memory are her son, Tony Aebersold (Miranda); one granddaughter, Lily Aebersold; three siblings, Loran Lee Williams, Jr. (Debbie), James Meredith (Jacque), and Kristy Meredith (Jeremy); and her uncle and aunt, Bro. Clayton and Ruby Miller.

Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Joseph Meredith.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at Leitchfield Memorial Chapel with Bro. Clayton Miller officiating. Burial will be in Sanders Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday and again from 9:00 am until service time on Saturday at the funeral home.
