Dominic Hughes

Dominic William Hughes, age 20 of Leitchfield passed away Friday, May 21, 2021 in Elizabethtown. He was born April 22, 2001 in Leitchfield the son of Danny William and Lee Merrick Dantic Hughes. Dominic was a true friend, always making people smile with his goofy personality. He had very eclectic taste and enjoyed Astrology and the band Green Day. In high school, Dominic played the violin for the Grayson County High School Orchestra. He was a wonderful boy with a special love for Taco Bell. Left to honor Dominic's memory are his parents, Danny and Lee Hughes and three siblings, Savannah, Daniel and Davis Hughes. Dominic was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, William Felix Vittitoe. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at Watson & Hunt Funeral Home in Leitchfield with Bro. Nathan Lowe officiating. Burial will be in Hazelwood Cemetery in Leitchfield. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday and from 9:00 a.m. until service time on Tuesday at the funeral home. Family and Friends who wish to honor and remember Dominic Hughes in person at the visitation or funeral are required to wear a mask while in the funeral home for the safety of all those in attendance.
