Everett Martin

Everett G. Martin, age 84 of Leitchfield passed away January 6, 2019 at his residence. He was born November 15, 1934 in Harlan County, Kentucky the son of Lloyd and Gladys Saterfield Martin. He was a retired bus driver/clerk for the Chicago Transit Authority, a Korean War Veteran, a member of the American Legion, the VFW and the NRA. He is survived by his daughter, Holly Hazelrigg (Tom), grandchildren, Phyllis Sandlin, Kimberly Logsdon (Brett) and Mallory Martin and great grandchildren, Kadence Sandlin, Makenzie Sandlin, Korbyn Thurer and Zackery Martin. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Martin, one son, Greg Martin, and his brother, Clyde Martin. Cremation was chosen in lieu of burial.
