Ida Decker

Ida Marie Decker, age 71 of Clarkson, passed away Friday, December 6th 2019 at her residence. She was born April 13th 1948 in Grayson County, Kentucky, the daughter of Willard & Molly Jane VanMeter Constant. She is survived by her husband of almost 55 years, Dudley Decker, two children, Carolyn Mudd (Michael) & Johnie Decker (Bobbi), one brother, Herman Constant, two sisters, Linda White & Clydie Roof (Billy), eight grandchildren, William, Jordan, Nicholas, Austin, Kaylyn, Michael, Slaton, & Cody, and four great grandchildren, Braxton, Harper, Archer, & Collyns. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Sidney Decker; her brothers and sister, Stanley Constant, Rudolph Constant, Denny Constant, Doug Constant, Rod Constant, Clerance Constant and Elizabeth Decker. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Sunday (Dec 8, 2019) at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Burial will be in the Peonia Christian Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m., Saturday and from 9:00 a.m. until service time on Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made in the form of contributions to the Peonia Christian Cemetery Fund.
