James Dupin

James Russell Dupin, age 84 of Big Clifty, passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2021, at the Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born September 7, 1936, in Solway, Kentucky, the son of Joseph Grant & Ader Hay Dupin. He is survived by his wife, Ethel G. Dupin; a sister-in-law, Lorah N. Dupin; two nieces, Beverly M. Ray (Keith) & Charnell Cox (Carl); one nephew, Ronnie G. Smallwood; two great nieces, Carla N. Scott (Joey) & Candace L. Dailey (Jason); one great nephew, DeWayne K. Ray (Gabrielle); and several great-great nieces & nephews. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Stella M. Smallwood & his brother, Melvin Dupin. Funeral services will be private. He will be laid to rest at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Hardin Springs. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made in the form of donations to the Dementia Society of America in his memory.
