Joseph Meredith

Joseph Michael Meredith age 38 of Leitchfield, passed away Wednesday, March 3rd 2021 at his residence. He was born November 21st 1982 in Leitchfield, KY, the son of George & Sheila Buckles Meredith. He was a talented writer and musician who loved his family dearly. He is survived by his parents, George & Sheila Meredith; two sisters, Amy Vaughan (Nick) & Kelly Clemons (Derek); one brother, Jonathan Meredith (Shanda); his grandfather, Bill Buckles (Linda); and several nephews. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, March 7th 2021 at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. He will be laid to rest in the Walnut Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until service time on Sunday. Family and friends who wish to honor and remember Mr. Meredith at the visitation or the funeral are required to wear a mask while inside the funeral home for the safety of all those in attendance. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy can be made in the form of donations to the National Alliance on Mental Illness or to the Pediatric Congenital Heart Association .
