Ronald Eanes

Ronald Edward Eanes, age 68 of Leitchfield, passed away Thursday, July 18th 2019 at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center. He was born February 4th 1951 in Grayson County, Kentucky, the son of Ronald W. & Virginia Ree Barnes Eanes. He was a Quality Control Managge at Leggit & Platt for 38 years, a member of the Sons of the American Legion, and a lifelong farmer. He loved his family unconditionally and was an avid fishman, hunter, and enjoyed four-wheeling. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Aleata Gail Heaverin Eanes, two children, Keitha Pitchford (Andy) & Christopher Eanes (Wesley Caissie), three grandchildren, Aaron, Adam, & Ace Pitchford, one sister, Barbara Elaine Spain (Charlie), and several nieces & nephews. Other than his parents, he was preceded indeath by his sister, Lois Jean Goodman. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday (July 23) at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Clarkson Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., Monday and from 9:00 a.m. until service time on Tuesday at the funeral home.
