Verna Mcclure

Verna Joyce "Bonnie" McClure, age 81 of Leitchfield passed away Thursday, April 18, 2019 in Leitchfield. She was born August 1, 1937 in Carter County, Kentucky the daughter of Lawrence and Loraine Mayo Rogers. She is survived by her daughter, Sherry Napier (Mark), son, Gary McClure (Lisa), grandchildren, Leslie Minton, Christina Barrett, Kara Gibson, Amanda Woosley, Jacob McClure and Joshua McClure, great grandchildren, Teagan, Xander and Sahaley, sisters, Christine Littleton, Maxine Stanaford, Caroline Littleton and Doris Sexton and brothers, Howard Rogers and Carson Rogers. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David McClure. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, April 22, 2019 at the Watson and Hunt Funeral Home in Leitchfield with Bro. Billy Mason officiating. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be held after 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 21 at the funeral home and from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
